TMC-Primary Care and TMC Trauma & Emergency Services participate as
providers with Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Sloans Lake, Aetna, Cigna, CNIC, GreatWest, Tricare, CHP+, Medicare and Medicaid. We are also a Select Net provider for Pinnacol Insurance, the largest worker's
compensation carrier in Colorado. Only TMC-Primary Care participates with Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We will automatically file your
claim with these companies. |

If you have other insurance,
we will assist you in filing your claim. However, given the current financial
climate in health care, we expect full payment at the time of service.
Most walk-in patients during regular office hours are seen as Primary Care patients.
However, if your symptoms warrant, you may be seen in Truama & Emergency Services.
If you need to be seen as an emergency patient due to your insurance coverage please inform the RN. |
